I bought following cars from him:

1. 1993 mercedes-benz sec
2. 1991 mercedes 300 sl
3. 1983 jaguar xjsc
4. 1986 jaguar xjsc
5. 1983 bmw e24 633
6. 1992 jaguar xjs
7. 1986 porsche 944 

I trusted him but unfortunately I was cheated and stolen by him and his wife.

I paid for all of them by bank wire transfers.(1 bank confirmation attached).

I paid over 25k USD.

I had to pay to the lawyer as well to start formal legal process with them .

I sent over 300+ emails asking about the pickup and title for 2 cars: 1992 jaguar xjs and 1993 mercedes c140 500 sec.

I suppose 1993 mercedes c140 has been stolen.I paid for this car to the cheater. There is still no title.

The situation has been and can confirmed by 2 logistics companies AARON P.B and Lesniewski & Continental Shipping Group, Inc from NJ.

they were trying to pickup my car 1992 Jaguar XJS but he has changed always times and did not let cras to be picked up.

I have already informed:

• federal police in Niagara Falls, NY,
• Ebay platform, ebay.com  
• IRS ( irs.gov Internal revenue services)
• all possible used cars dealers in the close are of his zip code .

The real condition of the cars differs alot a lot and is briefly described as below:

1. 1986 porsche 944 -interior ha been removed and a different one has been pluged in. rims have been changed for worse.very bad condition.

2. 1993 mercedes-benz c140 sec - the car has been picked up without title. Cheater did not give documents to driver but has sent them to logistics company by mail. He was laying that the title was in but aafter almost 1 year (pickup 1st of April 2024) till today no title and angry emails
   
3. 1991 mercedes 300 sl - bought on eBay - condition quite different than in the decription, glass broken, seats torn, repainted.

4. 1983 jaguar xjsc - much worse condition, a lot of rust ,repainted, not operating, electric issues.

5. 1986 -jaguar xjsc - much worse condition, a lot of rust , repainted,not operating, electric issues.

6. 1983 bmw e24 633 - condition not bad but has rust which was not presented and said o me.

7. 1992 jaguar xjs - he did not let to be picked up. he has been asked by me and logistics companies for last 8 months ( jun 2024 till today).

   He wrote in email in Feb 2024 left the car in dec 2024 with key and title inside. in feb he replied somebopdy has stolen title nad key. his emails as a proof.

I reported this steal and cheating process to:

• federal police in Niagara Falls, NY
• IRS (Internal Revenue Services) , irs.gov
• Facebook (promoting and and sharing this information to all neigbours living 2 miles away from his zip code).

Probably more people could be cheated/affected by him.
